Shiv Shankar Institute of Engg. & Technology SSIET, Patti, Amritsar conducted incampus placement on 09 Sept, 2011 by ERP Gurus US Based Company for 130 students in which 70 students were selected for Technical Round from  Computer Science & Engg and Electronics & Communication Engg. Branches in written test and finally 37 students got the opportunity. The delegates comprising of Mr. Anand Sharma (HR), Mr. Santosh Kumar (Director) and Mr. Navpreet Singh (Coordinator) of ERP Gurus have congratulated all the selected students and announced that all the selected students will go for 2 month-internship training at their company cost i.e 2.5 K.

Sh. Ram Iqbal Sharma, Chairman, Sh. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director and Smt. Mridulla Bhardwaj, Executive Managing Director of Shaheed Bhagat Singh (SBS) Group of Educational Institutions congratulated the selected students as well. Sh. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Managing Director of SSIET-Patti informed that more companies are in queue for such incampus placement drives for the students and assured for 100% Placement in campus.

Prof. (Dr.) Ishtiaque Ahmed, Principal, SSIET, said that activities of the placement cell on the campus would be strengthened. Dr. S.A Khan, Placement Officer intimated regarding regular personality development classes in the current academic year to build up the confidence level and enhance their communication skill for the future interviews.
